Hi, I’m Shannon! I’m a mom of four with a love for history, research, and the incredible stories that come alive through genealogy. What began as exploring my own family tree quickly grew into a passion for helping others uncover their roots.
For me, genealogy isn’t just about names and dates—it’s about the people behind them. I enjoy piecing together records, asking questions, and finding those little details that bring forgotten stories back to life. There’s nothing more rewarding than connecting families to their heritage and showing how the past continues to shape who we are today.
When I’m not diving into research, you’ll usually find me spending time with my kids or getting lost in a good book.

Hi, I’m Christine! My love for genealogy began with my grandmother, who passed away when I was very young. That loss left me wanting to know more about her and the family stories I didn’t get to hear firsthand. Years later, when a relative shared stacks of handwritten family research at a picnic, the spark became a fire. With my background in IT, in 2005 I moved the research online and have been exploring ever since.For me, genealogy is like a treasure hunt—there are always new records to uncover, mysteries to solve, and stories waiting to be pieced together. My IT background is the reason I am so thorough, organized, and relentless when it comes to finding reliable data. That same “never give up” approach drives me to keep digging until the puzzle pieces fit.
When I’m not researching, you’ll usually find me with my family (including babysitting Shannon’s little ones)—faith and family are at the heart of everything I do. I’m a proud mom of six, grandmother of eight and expecting 9 and 10 in the spring of 2026. Our tree continues to grow and thrive! I love passing along the importance of family stories to the next generation.
